Good News Hour
The good news hour is a radio programme that was being broadcast from Cuttack in Orrisa, India. The first album that they released was 'King of Kings'. It had the same impact on me as the album of Rupesh Pannalall.
Professional musicians, professional singers and a professionally produced album. The subsequent releases 'Archana Ke Swar' and 'Taranhaar' are all very well done. The person incharge of this program was Bro Bijoy Raul and his wife Manjula. Once again as God would have it I have known them since I was a child. They happened to be visiting Toronto and I found out that they were behind this ,wonderful music. What a strange coincidence that I have been in close contact with so much in the music world in India, I feel privileged.
