Pastor Rashid Gill
Pastor Rashid Gill is a colourful personality. The first time I met him was a couple of years ago at a small dinner in Toronto organised by Tahira Haider Ali. He is a pastor with a love for literature, poetry and song. He has put together two albums so far which have been sung by various singers from Toronto, the songs have all been written by him. He is the pastor of Lightbearers Church in Brampton, Ontario
He edits and publishes a magazine called 'Rahnuma'. He frequently organises events that bring various literary personalities together and then you are in for a treat. i believe he is originally from Pakistan and his first language is Punjabi.
